Property Management Office

The Property Management Department is responsible for handling tenant calls and service requests of the following nature:

  1. Reports of temperature discomfort.

  2. Service and repair requests.

  3. Lock work and key requests.

  4. Light bulb / tube replacement.

  5. Requests for special cleaning or complaints regarding existing cleaning.

  6. Questions concerning monthly statement.

  7. Special work requests.

  8. Emergency situations

The staff of Alexander Court South is dedicated to making your work environment as safe and pleasant as possible. The Building Office is located in Suite #LL-23.
