Staffing Update:

In order to better assist tenants with parking in tandem spaces (and if needed in the drive lanes), we have added an additional parking attendant from 8:30am to 6:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday starting February 4, 2025.

The parking assistant's role and responsibility will include directing vehicles to the appropriate parking spaces in a timely and organized manner, and moving vehicles that may be blocking a vehicle to allow for easy exit. This includes ensuring vehicles are parked in designated tandem areas and maintaining a smooth flow of traffic within the parking facility.

Parking Procedures:

When parking in a tandem space (or in the aisle), you will now be issued a ticket and asked to leave your keys with the parking attendant on duty. This change will increase available parking inventory and will help us ensure that all vehicles are parked efficiently and safely within the designated spaces.

If you need to retrieve your keys before 6:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday please return to where you parked your vehicle, and the attendant will verify your parking ticket and provide your key. From 6pm to 7pm, you will need to retrieve your key at the South Tower garage attendant booth. Any keys that have not been picked up by 7pm will be taken to the South Tower security desk for safekeeping. Please make sure to have your ticket that was provided by the parking attendant in order to claim your keys.
